Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dhisolve Inc. (“Dhisolve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit dhisolve.com or any of our industry subdomains (e.g. healthcare.dhisolve.com, legal.dhisolve.com), collectively the “Site.” Dhisolve Inc. is a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business in Massachusetts, United States.

Today, the Site is a marketing website and an early-access waitlist. We are not yet offering a production product or API to end users. This policy reflects what we actually do today. If and when we launch a product that changes what data we collect, we will update this policy and notify subscribers on our waitlist.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

When you submit our early-access form, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • The source of your submission (for example, which industry subdomain you submitted from, so we can send you a relevant welcome message)

If you email us directly (for example, at hello@dhisolve.com, privacy@dhisolve.com, or legal@dhisolve.com), we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers record standard request metadata, including:

  • The pages you visit and the time of your visit
  • Your IP address (used for geolocation and abuse prevention; not stored in our analytics)
  • The referring URL, if any
  • Your browser’s user agent and preferred language
  • The hostname you visited (e.g. the specific industry subdomain)

We use this information through Umami, a privacy-respecting analytics tool that we operate ourselves on our own infrastructure. Umami does not use advertising cookies, does not build cross-site profiles, and does not share data with advertising networks. We maintain separate analytics counters per industry subdomain so we can understand interest in each vertical.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, session replay, or fingerprinting services.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Add you to our early-access waitlist and send you a welcome email
  • Send you occasional product updates and launch announcements
  • Respond to your questions and support requests
  • Understand aggregate traffic patterns on the Site
  • Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR and UK GDPR:

  • Consent — when you submit your email to the waitlist, you consent to receive waitlist and product-update emails. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Legitimate interests — for basic server-side analytics and security monitoring, where we have a legitimate interest in understanding and protecting our Site and your interests do not override ours.
  • Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, who are contractually bound to use it only to provide services to us:

  • Google Cloud Platform (Google LLC) — hosting and content delivery for the Site and our email-relay infrastructure.
  • Google Sheets (Google LLC) — we record waitlist submissions (email, timestamp, source vertical) in a Google Sheet that is accessible only to Dhisolve personnel.
  • Our self-hosted systems — we operate our own Umami analytics instance and our own Listmonk email-delivery system on our infrastructure. These are not third-party SaaS products, but they rely on Google Cloud Platform for hosting as noted above.

We may also disclose information: (a) to comply with a lawful request from government authorities; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service; (c) to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or others; or (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Cookies

The Site uses a small number of first-party cookies set by our self-hosted Umami analytics instance to distinguish unique visits. These cookies do not identify you personally and are not shared with advertising networks. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies; doing so will not materially affect your ability to use the Site.

6. Data Retention

  • Waitlist submissions: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until we discontinue the waitlist program.
  • Analytics data: retained in aggregate form for up to 24 months.
  • Email correspondence: retained for as long as necessary to address your inquiry, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping and legal compliance.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Port your information to another service
  • Withdraw consent (where we rely on consent)
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (EEA/UK residents) or your state attorney general (U.S. residents)

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use personal information for cross- context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know, delete, correct, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dhisolve.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. International Transfers

Dhisolve Inc. is based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Where required by law (for example, for personal data transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us at privacy@dhisolve.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are material, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email before they take effect.
